About me

I am an antenatal educator based in the South Kildare, Carlow and West Wicklow area and one of the founders of the new Athy-Laois Cuidiú branch. My fully inclusive 2-day group classes will begin in August 2025, where I will finally be able to live my dream of teaching and supporting parents through one of the most rewarding yet elusive experiences of your lives - becoming a parent. My goal is for parents to leave the classes feeling confident in themselves, supported by the local community, and empowered to choose the birth experience that is right for you.
